Kyoto Protocol as well as other relative international agreements has positively admitted the carbon sinks activities such as afforestation and reforestation for earning carbon credits under flexibility mechanisms. After first briefly reviewing the for mation and charaoteristichs of GHG emissions market, the issue set off forest carbon sinks market so far into three phases. And then, the relative restricted factors of policy, purchaser; and bargainors to embarrass forest carbon sinks market were discussed.Finally, the developing forte-ground offorest carbon sinks market was viewed. |
