| 阐述了生物廊道的概念与内涵;从廊道生物多样性保护的功能出发,总结了国内外关于位置、宽度、连通性等生物廊道结构和功能指标的研究进展;分析了生物廊道在生物多样性保护中的具体应用;提出生物廊道的设计需要长期的科研监测,要综合考虑生物和非生物等多种因素等问题,并给出了对策;最后对生物廊道的研究方向进行了展望。 |

| This paper elaborated the concepts and connotations of biological corridor.With the focus on bio-corridor's function in terms of biodiversity reservation,the paper then summarized the research progress on structures and functional indicators of biological corridor at home and abroad covering location,width and connectivity,analyzed the practical application of biological corridor in biodiversity conservation,and proposed countermeasures for the problems that should be taken account of in the design of bio-corridor,such as long-term scientific monitoring,a comprehensive consideration of biological and non-biological factors,etc.Finally,the paper looked forward into the future research direction of bio-corridors. |
